Destination Inspiration... Inspired Parisian Dessert Display

We are so excited to share the details of our Couture Dessert Display inspired after destination Paris. The city of LOVE. I could not think of a better way to pay homage to the fabulous Paris Patisseries. This display is a true reflection of our company and why we Love what we do, and most importantly what we eat!

The inspiration behind this patisserie dessert display was inspired after Laduree. We decided to create a dessert display, and a mini tea bar. We found these great vintage silver serving carafes and pulled in the color green in the tea cups. To give it the Parisian feel we had Sucre labels made by Lovely Nichole from Coral Pheasant Stationery and attached them to rock candy stirrers. Nichole is extremely talented and created all of our dessert signage for our display! Thank you for your amazing work!

The wedding cake was inspired after the ballerina from the inspiration board. Our vision for this cake was to incorporate the elements of the fabric, colors ,and the feathers. After creative collaboration we incorporated the lace, headpiece made from feathers and tied it in with a gold brooch to resemble the gold ballerina shoes. You had me at cake!

A Paris dessert display wouldn't be complete without French desserts. We decided to make Profiteroles filled with Chantilly Cream, assembled Croquembouche style. As the french would say Choux a la creme. Big thanks to Datura: A Modern Garden for adding the finishing touches of fresh flowers and raspberries. Amazing job!

Included in our dessert table were French Macaroons, Coconut Truffles, Brownie Balls, Clafouti Aux Cerises, and the newest addition to our cupcake menu Parisian Puffs. A Parisian Puff is a nutmeg cupcake with tops dipped  in butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar! Yes, we did it but don't thank us. Thank the French. Bon Appetit!

We wanted to give guests the opportunity to view our display with favor boxes. It's important to know that there is so much variety to be had with a display, and they can be versatile to each client's unique needs. To be used for favors or not the options are endless. We were also excited to show off our exquisite line of Fenton, L.E Glass hobnail, and milkglass cake stands. These stands are absolutely timeless and sure to make any event memorable.

Oh, and the sweets didn't end there. Off we were to set up shop inside the luxurious Chic By The Shore.

It was here that guests had the chance to try our signature confections! We had an assortment of Red Velvet Cake Pops, Lemon Squares, and our Cinfully Carrot Cake topped with Cream Cheese frosting. The confections were displayed on our pink glass hobnail line topped with beautiful glass domes. For more info on our dessert displays, check us out at Lovely Lollies, where we LOVE to Design, Style, Confect, and Capture life's sweet events!

Last but not least here are some images of a Paris Tablescape. This one was created by the talented forces from Jubilee Events. Love the way they incorporated our French Macaroons as place cards. Pure genius!

Love, LL

Special Thanks:
